Is Curiendo really free?
Yes. Creating an account and using the free collection costs nothing, and you don’t need a card. PRO adds more content and optional home-learning features. Parents can also buy separately priced marketplace content without a PRO subscription.
Can we use it without a participating school?
Yes. Families can start with an adult account and the free collection. A school connection adds the school’s learning and communication when your guardian relationship is verified.
Is it for a tablet or a phone?
Both. Curiendo’s learning experiences are designed especially for tablets, and Curiendo Family is made to feel at home on your phone. Learners can also use phones, and families can use tablets. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon; you can start on the web.
What does access through our school include?
You don’t need a parent subscription for school-required learning, essential progress, teacher feedback or messages. Schools can also sponsor PRO for the learners covered by their licence. This doesn’t automatically include siblings. Asking your school doesn’t activate a subscription or create a charge.
How does PRO Family work?
PRO Family includes the same PRO learning features for up to four named learners, with their own profiles and progress. Verified guardians don’t use learner seats. The family shares 90 extra AI home-help requests each month; school-required support is separate.
What if my school provides PRO after I subscribe?
Check school coverage before buying. If coverage arrives later, you can manage your personal subscription through the original purchase channel, or move an eligible personal learner seat to an uncovered sibling. Store cancellations and refunds follow the original channel’s terms. School access never turns into an automatic parent charge.
